wHy has the show been postponed?

Read a statement from Andrew Reed, Director of Exhibitions at William Reed here.

What are the new dates for National Convenience Show?

NCS will run 7th – 9th September 2020 at the NEC, Birmingham.

Will National Convenience Show still run alongside the other food and drink shows?

National Convenience Show, Food & Drink Expo and Farm Shop & Deli Show will now take place at the NEC on the 7th – 9th September 2020.  There is not enough hall space to co-locate Foodex and The Ingredients Show on the same date, so these shows will move to 12th – 14th April 2021 to coincide with the 2021 running of the William Reed UK Food Shows.

I registered as a visitor, do I need to register again?

Your registration will be transferred automatically to the September event. If you are unable to make the new date please get in touch by contacting ukfoodshows@wrbm.com and we will remove you from our database.

Can I get a refund for any expenses incurred, eg train fare, hotels etc.?

We cannot reimburse ancillary expenses.  Any refund requests should be addressed directly with the provider.

I have pre-paid for parking at the NEC, will I be able to get a refund or use it for the new show dates?

The NEC parking T&Cs state that: “If the event which you are due to attend at the NEC is rescheduled, we will amend your Booking accordingly. If you are unable to attend the re-scheduled date, you should contact us by email prior to the re-scheduled date and we will issue a refund for the amount we received from you for the Booking to the card which the payment was made.”

Will the live event programme stay the same?

We will aim to keep the programme the same where possible subject to speakers being available.

Will the same exhibitors be at National Convenience Show in September?

We anticipate the exhibitors to be very much the same in September.
