There will not be a printed copy of the show guide, however there will be a digital alternative in the form of our show App, powered by Sitka. A link to download and access the app will be provided on your confirmation email, or click here to download the app. We are doing this to be more sustainable at our show.

If I have registered for the exhibition, can I attend on more than one day?

Yes, once registered you can come along any day and your badge allows you in on multiple days.


If I have registered for NATIONAL CONVENIENCE SHOW, can I attend the other shows?

Yes, registering for National Convenience Show allows you access to Farm Shop & Deli Show, Food & Drink ExpoThe Forecourt Show and The Restaurant Show.

Can I register my colleague and/or friend?

Once you have completed your online registration we have made it even easier to let people know you are attending and invite them to join you via social media and email! Simply click on the pop-up that appears once you have completed your registration (or the link in your badge email) and choose where to share! 


Press badges at the show are restricted to publishers, editors, journalists and broadcasters associated with the industry. If you are already receiving show press releases from us, you will automatically be registered as Press for the show and your ‘Press Badge’ will be emailed to you a week before the event. If however you wish to start receiving our releases and would like to attend the event, please email with details of your publication and job title. Advertising personnel and media sales representatives will not be registered as press but should register via visitor registration.



I'm worried that I haven't received my badge yet, what can I do?

Once you have registered for the show, you must access and download your badge via the Show App prior to the event. On your mobile, please access the App here or by using the QR code below:

Or, from your show registration confirmation email, click on the link using your mobile.

Enter the same email address you used to register for the show, then click ‘Send link’.

You’ll then receive an email from Sitka click on ‘Log in now’ to access App (remember to check your junk email in case it has gone in there!).

When you click on ‘Log in now’ link from the Sitka email you will enter the App.

When you access the App, please click on ‘Download badge’ to download as a PDF and print at home.

There is an option, if you would prefer, to set up a password for the Show App. If you wish to use this option then please ensure the password includes a special character (!. ? etc)

Next time you visit the App click on 'Login' then enter your email address you registered with:

 You then have the choice to 'Login via email link' or 'Use password'.

We will be operating a printing service at the entrance if you do not have access to a printer. Please ensure you are able to display your badge when you arrive to gain access to the show.

What type of ID do I need to bring as I am in the process of setting up a business in the trade?

Please bring a business card if you have one.



Can I visit the event if I'm not in the trade?

No, this is a trade only event.


Is there a charge for registering?

No, entrance is free to the trade. 


Do I have to provide all of my personal details?

We require the mandatory fields on the registration form.


I don't want to be contacted after the event; how can I prevent this from happening?

We will keep you informed of products and services from William Reed Ltd. If you do not want to receive such information please email, or write to Data Manager, WRBM, Broadfield Park, Crawley RH11 9RT.


I need a visa invitation letter to attend the show; how do I obtain one?

You will need to register free for the show then return to our website to complete our online Visa Invitation Letter form here. Visa Invitation Letters and requests will not be taken after 15 April 2024. Once the form has been submitted, visa invitation letters will be issued on a weekly basis each Tuesday. I am a student; can I visit the event?

Can my children visit the event with me?

No, this is a trade event and strictly no under 18s will be admitted including babies in arms. There will not be any creche facilities at the NEC.



Will there be anywhere that I can access the internet while I'm at the event?

All visitors to the NEC can connect to WiFi across the entire venue completely free of charge.

Is there a cloakroom at the event?

Yes. Cloakrooms are open 30 minutes before the show opens, until the close of show.
Please note: Coats, bags, suitcases and umbrellas, will be permitted in the cloakroom  at the daily cost £2 per coat or umbrella £3 per bag or piece of luggage

Are pushchairs allowed into the exhibition halls?

No the show is strictly no under 18s. No children, infants or babies in arms will be allowed into the show.


Will there be anywhere to buy food while I'm at the exhibition?

Yes, there are several outlets within the halls.
